Our Story
Our company was created with the purpose to design a robot with the main function of cleaning plastics out of the ocean. Humans' overuse of plastics is harming the environment and killing marine life.
Our robot has been designed to eliminate ocean plastic. Once the trash is removed from the ocean, we recycle the plastic into things such as plabric (fabric made out of plastic grocery bags), shrinkydinks (small designs on pieces of plastic), toys crocheted out of plarn (string made out of recycled plastic) and many other things. Our machine is equipped with turtle lights, which prevents marine life from being attracted to it.
We're proud to say that our robot will make a better world for future generations.

Things You Can Make From Recycled Materials
As well as cleaning up the oceans plastic, H2O Robotics recycles the ocean plastic and makes products out of the materials. We call these materials plabric (plastic + fabric) and plarn (plastic + yarn). We make these materials out of flattened, cut and ironed used grocery bags. The plabric and plarn is quite sturdy, and is then used for reusable bags and crocheted toys.

How we are different from other robot companies:
Our machine features specially crafted turtle lights that will prevent marine life, namely sea turtles, from being attracted to it.
